  Brought a chainsaw there in the fall of 2017 for my father in law who was sick . Left my contact info . Father in law passed about a month later and I had forgotten about the saw . When i did remember , I called about it . I was told " Yes , it's sitting right here " . I asked what the verdict was I was told I would need to wait till the owner returned . Never heard from them . Next time I remembered was months later . Basically the same story from them . I had about written it off till this past spring and I was near the shop and stopped in . I told the man (owner) the story and he said " That was well over a year ago " . I thought , my point exactly . He said he had no idea where it was and that he would have to look for it in the back when he had time . He took my name and number and I never heard from him . So , that's my experience at Doug's Small Engine . P.S. This is Kent York not Donna . I had no other way to post . And I had to give 1 star in order to click the post button .

  I have to agree with Thomas. I went and dealt with the younger one and everything went fine. My dad dropped off his chainsaw. He kept asking if it was ready and the reply was "if we didn't call then it's not ready". After months, he went up there and ask for it back. The older one said they called and my dad never picked it up. When my dad ask when did he call, he will check his phone. They threatened to call the police if my father didn't leave. Basically, they lost it and would not admit it.

  I went in Dougs for my son. He said " just take my chain saw chain to Dougs, I already. talked to him and he kniws what to do. It cost $30.00. " I went in and they had no clue what I was talkung about. But Mr Doug said" well $30.00 tells me he needs a new chain. Try to call him." i did. Mr Doug was right. The whole experience took less than 15 minutes . Thanks Mr. Doug. I will recomend you to evey one who has a small engine or chain saw need!
