  I own an EGO lawn mower, under warranty, it is not working and ego tech support told me to take it to do cut for repair as they are an authorized service center. They suggested calling first…We’ll, I do call first, tell the man what’s going on and the “nice” gentleman told me go ahead and just bring the mower in for repair, no appointment needed. I arrive a few days with the lawnmower and they tell me they WILL NOT service it because it wasn’t purchased from them! They could have told me that on the phone but no. They waited till I came in with lawnmower to demy my service!

  Service department does very sloppy work, l had brand new 0 turn serviced, delivered back to my house with engine deck covered in oil dripping onto the floor and grease all over tires But wrote down unit was pressure washed. Roll over protection system Was folded down And the lanyard that holds the pin to the Cotter pin was put through the holes and broke In half

  My husband bought this tractor from Do-Cut a couple years ago. When it works, it works well. We live on a farm, so there is about 10-15 acres that needs mowed. I don't know if the mower is not equipped to mow that much land, or what, but it isn't running again. My husband is pretty handy about making repairs himself. Good thing he is. It it $75.00 for Do-Cut to transport the mower to the shop to repair it. That's not including labor. If the tractor didn't break down so often it'd be great.
