  I needed my property to be cleaned. It had sat for a while with no tenants. DPC came in and rejuvenated the place so much I could barely recognize it. I’m a VERY HAPPY CAMPER! I will use them over & over again. Very happy with the owner’s professionalism. I also appreciate the fact that they clean the property and care for it as if it were their own. VERY RARE QUALITY to find in a company today.

  DPC is amazing. Very respectful and honest of things in the house, reasonably priced and went above and beyond my expectations. My home has never been so clean and in better hands. I would definitely hire this company again.

  We engaged Distinguished Property Care to clean a condo in Keystone for about a month while we were looking for a new full-time rental manager for the condo. We were impressed with the quality of the cleaning that was performed. DPC was able to fit us into their schedule quickly, and performed all cleanings as requested. Based on our experience, we would recommend using DPC for a variety of property care needs.
