  If there was a score lower than zero, these people would certainly deserve it. We contacted Naturescapes requesting a full property landscaping review, design and implementation. After the initial walk of the property, they provided a rough draft proposal and promised to revise the design and return the following week. That was during the early part of February. It is now mid-April and we’ve never heard from them again. My wife emailed the owner who in turn promised to reschedule our review for the coming week. Again, never heard from them again. VERY unprofessional!!! I understand businesses being busy, or understaffed. However, we live in an amazing time complete with cell phones, email, and other means of communication. How much effort does it take to call a client and let them know that you are unable to provide the service that you promised to provide. This is a disgrace to small businesses!!!

  Was suppose to meet last Thursday. Gentleman ran late in meeting. No big deal. Agree to meet in the future Monday or Wednesday. Recieve no call just an email. Email states they are too busy to take on more work. They wish to conduct business in the future. Sorry that bridge has been burned. In the future, it'll be received a lot better if you can take a few minutes to give a call. Please find another place to do business with.
