  Discount Lawn does a fine job once they get to your house. However, trying to get them to the house for their scheduled visit, when you need it most in the summer, can be like pulling teeth. On a number of occasions, I have been quite embarrassed by my lawn by the time they got to it. Customer service is usually fine in the winter but not so good once it warms up. Getting a human being is nearly impossible in the warmer months and, even if you leave a message, a timely return call or email too seldom happens. Bottom line: they are hard to reach when you need them most! Finally,, they handled a late payment in a disrespectful manner. I went on a short vacation and then had trouble with their internet payment system as it related to my situation. I expressed in a verbal message that I was happy to pay, and happy to pay a late fee, but they would not return my call; instead they just re-emailed me the bill. The situation was easily resolvable if we could have spoken but they did not take a few minutes out to contact me by phone. I do not recommend them. They act as if they are doing you a favor. In addition, when I originally priced them,, they were a little pricier than others. It was a true relief for me when I decided that I wanted no more to do with them!
