  Very positive experience. This was my first visit. Its about 45 minutes from home and located in an out of the way location. I will most definitely return as I was quite impressed with the operation. The place was very well supplied and the young man at the desk appeared knowledgeable of machinery. I will definitely return, no matter the distance!

  I left a weedeater for a simple repair in late February or early March. I called twice regarding when it would be ready and the reply was "I can't tell you". Very poor service. I am forced to take it elsewhere for service. Simply terrible customer service! Don't use these guys!!!!

  Had my mother take my saw in because I took the side plate off with the chain brake in the wrong position. Since an older woman took the saw in they thought they could get over on here. They took my engine apart and claim the saw was seized. The saw was never seized. It ran like a top the day it was brought in. These people are engaging in fraud. There was no reason to open the saw up in the first place. Stay away.
