Can fix anything related to small engines. Sharpen chain saw blades too. Rent log splinter too. Bought a log splinter and chain saw. Very satisfied. Nice people.

So far, so good. :) This is my first time there and I needed a little extraordary assistance with my trailer. They were helpful in getting me back going, although it created a disruption to their day. I'll know more when I get my mower back. :)

Great owner with parts in stock, made a quick fix to my chainsaw that other dealers missed.

Sold me a broken lawn mower for $450 that he knew was broken. it blew oil all over my driveway and garage. then tried to make me pay $100 to fix it. it shouldn’t have been broken in the first place. terrible service.

Would have been better off going anywhere else. Asked for a belt to be replaced. That's it. I get a call over a WEEK later saying it's done and it was over $200 because he felt the need to put new blades and battery in even though I only asked for a belt. (Because I already have a new battery and work at a steel shop)
I decided to just pay it to hurry up and get my mower back.
I started it up and went to cut my grass as soon as I got it back and the belt is slipping and squeaking and now there's a bad rattle/clunk coming from it as if a pulley or blade is loose. Not even going to call them about it I'm fear they will charge me another outrageous price..

I called to get help because the engine won’t start in my lawn mower. I live in Evansville, WI and there doesn’t seem to be a local small engine guy. He wouldn’t help because “Bridget’s is too far from Evansville.” I looked it up online it’s only 20 min. Now I’m stuck because his business is the closest one I can find. Aweful.

I took a new trimmer there for a repair and he went to work on it right away.  He found the fuel line was broken, replaced it and tested in a matter of a few minutes at no charge.  Great customer service.

Not the smartest location  but all my small engine requirements go here tremendous technicians .if I was 30 years younger I would ask him to  train me .
