  Fantastic service. Damon serviced my a/c after hours and had it up and running. I called them at 2:00 AM and found out they were open 24/7. While servicing the unit in the attic, Damon found termites and showed me the colony. He came back out the next morning and treated my whole home. I really appreciated that he was back at my house within hours. I know he couldnt have slept that night. Diamondback Service Management gained a customer for life with great service. Damon took the time to explain everything he was doing and why. I felt very comfortable with his professionalism and kindness. I would highly recommend these guys.

  I called Diamondback and two other companies discovering a marked difference in the fee vs service. The owner knew his business and the area very well and I was impressed with his business friendly attitude. We had a pretty severe infestation of various roaches after Hurricane Harvey. The company we used last year just before the storm didn't do the job, so fire ants, wasps, roaches and other vermin were left unchecked. The owner came out personally, and did a very thorough job. He didn't just hand me MDSA papers on the way out the door. He explained before hand what he was doing, what to look for to measure success, and as an added bonus, there was absolutely no smell. He treated the yard for fire ants and put a barrier around the house. I look forward to working with him on some drainage issues, which have cropped up since the hurricane. I highly recommend Diamondback for pest control. Stay tuned for a review on the landscape services. Very pleased with reasonable pricing, thoroughness of job done, and affable personality of the owner. Thank you for pointing out and destroying brown recluse nest!

  I have used Diamonback for pest control since I moved to the area. They are very professional and willing to work around my busy schedule, including coming to treat the house on a Saturday. They are very knowledgeable, thorough and responsive. I have communicated with them via phone, text and email and have always gotten a response quickly. Being from Denver I am not used to this climate and the pest that come along with it. Damon took the time to explain what to look for and how to prevent pests. Additionally, when he was at the house last time, I had some questions about my AC and hot water heaters. He took the time to answer all my questions and walked me through them. I would highly recommend Diamonback.
