  I gave Steve a chance to make good on the experience I had with the company when they were here a couple of weeks ago, but he didn't do the right thing, so now I'm here. Appointment was for around 1:30 pm on a Friday and they don't show up until 4:00 pm. His guy (nice enough) came out to turn on my sprinklers for the season. Tells me he will knock if there are any problems. I know that my sprinkler system doesn't a working battery compartment, so I give him the cord to plug it in and show him the outlet. He does what he does outside, knocks on my door and tells me everything is done, it looks good, it's all set up, and that he's going to leave. As my daughter and I go to leave through the garage, I see that the worker left the extension cord draped across my garage door steps. Thankfully I saw it before I tripped over it (or one of my family members did. The worker didn't run the cord under the steps, but left it lying on top of my steps, which I now had to unplug, and now I have a system that needs to be reset, which Steve didn't make good on coming out to do. And he asked me to send a picture to see what I was talking about, and what good did that do? Stay far away from Dew Drop. It's more like Poo Drop. Edited to add: Just a little follow up from my last review of this company. I guess Steve decided he didn’t like the negative review of his company, and decided to finally call me back. I had voiced concerns about another issue back on Friday morning, but he was obviously not quick to call back. He told me that he didn’t believe my recount of events of my previous review and that his associate “Trey” has never had a negative thing said about him. I honestly never had a problem with Trey. I thought it was stupid to leave the extension cord draped across my stairs, but ok, it was an oversight. What gets me is that Steve calls and basically calls me a liar. Does he really think I have the time or interest in saving myself $110 for the visit? What I do have time for is writing reviews for nasty business owners who call and berate their EX-customers.   I had my system installed about 20 years ago. They come back each year, inspect my system and make minor adjustments as needed. My yard looks great mainly because of this company! Very friendly family run business. I saw some negative reviews, 20 year customer and still very happy!

  I had a completely different experience with this company. Maybe new management? I don’t write reviews but in this case their practice was so shady I will never do business with them again. I was given an estimate, btw, with their “estimates” you will be billed at the high end, for $600 - $700 to go over my system and replace faulty heads as needed. They get to the last zone, only 3 heads on it, and can’t figure out why there’s no flow. Worker was in a rush to get home and said they need to come back. Company sent another estimate for $500 - $700 to come back!!! Fired. Don’t do what I did and select them because we’re basically neighbors and I wanted to keep the money local. Do your homework.
