Paid for 10 trees to be planted, lawn to be put in, watering system and fencing. The fencing was done wrong, the trees are dying because they are root bound since he didn’t undo the burlap from the trunk, they are all planted crooked, and he didn’t bury the water lines or install the grass correctly. No responses, never showed when he said. Have asked him to fix but now having to pay 1000 to get it fixed. He is great at being the nice guy, not so great at landscaping.

I hired Mr Devlin to mow a 540 sq ft front yard. He gave me a bid of $20 per mow. I wrote him a check for $80... it’s now been 11 days and no show. I called him on day 8 and he said he was going to be here. Called him again day 11 and got his Voicemail (no show, no call back again) First mow review, 11 days ago, he mowed and kind of edged. I had to come out and finish the job with my own weed eater as he just left tall grass around the edges. Now he’s taken money from me... and my kids. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY! He will rip you off like he took my money. Luckily, I wrote a note on the memo line of the check. See you in court buddy... oh, my hourly pay is MUCH more than yours. The judgement is going to be a lesson to remember. Update: After weeks of no contact and no calls back, Devlin Lawn Care Sent me a refund check, return receipt requested. I appreciate getting my money back but still wouldn’t do business with him again. As a business owner, you respond to your customers, because if you don’t delight your customers... someone else will.

Very professional, honest, detailed, communicative with other contractors, as well as task oriented within the jobs requirements. Keep up the hard work Mr. Devlin
