Excellent and professional!  Have had lawn mowing service providers over the years. DeSignia is much more than that. They are consistently on time and provide professional results. On top of that, their billing is reasonable in rate, easy to follow and provides multiple ways to pay with ease. PLUS they provide consistent follow up each week with a supervisor checking status of landscaping and a checklist for future necessary work.
Could not be more pleased.

Henry and his team are the consummate professionals. They were easy to work with, always on time and completed our patio landscape project on time and on budget. They transformed our scarred hardscape into an English garden oasis in ten days!
I would use them again on any size landscape project.

Excellent Design Services!  We worked with Scott DeBoer at Designia to do a complete landscape design for the home that we purchased in Charlotte.  He took several pages of information about us (maintenance level desired, plant preferences, favorite colors, favorite/least favorite features of our house), spent some time with us at the house and then came back a week or so later with a finished design.  We wound up using a different company for the install, but we are about 5 months into our time with the finished plan and there is always something blooming.  It's just beautiful!  It needs a few years to mature, of course, but we are so pleased with the design.

Although Designia’s management is knowledgeable and extensive, they can also be very belittling when dealing with potential and current customers.  Our experience proved this when meeting with their management for possible future work on our yard. The owner was crass and rude, I was in complete shock.

Mark designed our completely new yard for us. He did an amazing job and we could not be happier. I would highly recommend him. DeSignia also maintains our yard and landscaping and they are doing an excellent job. Five stars!

Thank you so much Carolyn!  Nothing is more gratifying that seeing a project come together.  Now let’s sit back and watch it grow into the art piece it was meant to be.  We could not have done this without your trust.

I highly recommend DeSignia! I reached out to DeSignia to discuss landscape changes I was considering at our new home in Foxcroft. Henry DeBoer met with me and after examining the plantings around the property he suggested that we could work with what was here already by making some modest modifications. He also suggested that some of the plantings needed some treatment to manage pests (lace bugs). I truly appreciated Henry's knowledge and expertise and his willingness to share it with me so that I can incorporate his suggestions to improve the look and health of my landscape. I look forward to working with Henry and DeSignia in the future.

I had a very similar experience to that of Syreeta Baker.  The rep called my house 1 hour prior to our meeting and was upset with my assistant because I was not available to come to the phone.  When she asked if I could call him back, he hung up on her. When he arrived his first words were that my property was in terrible shape and that he would not park his truck in front of it because his company had a reputation to uphold.  First of all, we have a strict HOA and if things were as bad as he made them sound I would have already heard about it.  No, things were not perfect.  As Syreeta said, "That's why I am calling you."  He did the same thing with me, throwing numbers at me to deter me.  I was not impressed by the fact that other people paid him $3000 a month for maintenance and I didn't appreciate his assumption that I could not afford his services.  Again, exactly as Syreeta said, he clearly didn't want my business.  I too strongly felt there were a few reasons why he acted that way but decided to leave that alone.  I was very disappointing as I had high hopes based on my initial phone contact with this company.

The sales associate that attended your home has been and remains a well respected member of this organization, the industry and the community.  I have worked with him for over 40 years and while he does take a direct approach to informing clients of their property’s needs and condition, he has never failed to provide realistic solutions to clients landscape needs, no mater what the circumstances.  You appear to have made some very egregious assumptions about his motives, and have twisted his words to seem as though he did not want to provide service to you specifically.  This is unfortunate.  Nothing could be further from the truth.

This is l what I have to say to your reply .

Absolutely false . I was told directly and specifically that I must give an apology first. Next, I was never told that I needed workmans comp insurance. I have general liability. They have not paid me.

I was hired as a subcontractor by Henry to try and clean up hydraulic fluid his employee got all over a customers driveway.. He refuses to pay me for the work I did for him.

He was very attentive and Involved before, during and right after the work, but then stopped responding to me about payment.

Fast forward, I get angry with him for blowing me off  and he’s now demanding an apology from me because he didn’t like my attitude.

To all potential customers be certain that Henry pays his subcontractors so you don’t get a lien placed on your property..
