  Designer Landscapes just completed a planting bed by our driveway and extended a patio by our back door. We could not be more pleased with the results. The result is beautiful, it was done in a timely manner, and the clean-up was amazing. We would definitely recommend them to anyone.

  I set up to have a crew come and trim 5 bushes and take pictures to have my landscaping renovated. They had three trucks and five crew members. The "head" guy acted like everything was impossible or too much work and refused to even take the pictures for the landscaper from their office. He said it was pointless. I ended up taking the pictures myself and sent them into the designers email two weeks ago and have not heard one word back from them. I wanted to be a customer but they were not interested. I've included pictures of the five ushes to be trimmed. I did not think it was a ig deal for a crew of five people. Edit: After I made the review I got a call almost right away. No hello. No apology. The first words I heard was "That was unfair." I hung up immediately. Why would you call a potential customer to tell at them for not being satisfied with poor service? What I find unfair is how much time and energy I wasted trying to be a customer.

  Sara, I did schedule a crew to your home- but what you wanted done to your overgrown shrubs would only have made them look worse. Evergreens cannot be cut severely back and ever look good again. Yes- I was waiting on pictures of what you wanted to be redone, but have not yet received them. I pride myself on doing the best work possible for my clients to give them the best results. We have enjoyed maintaining that property in the years past. We have a lot of ideas of how we could improve the landscaping for you beyond cutting into the evergreens, which won’t produce the best result for you.   Over the past several years, Designer Landscapes has transformed our ‘inherited’ rudimentary and rough landscape into an easy to care for, beautiful complement to our wonderful home. They even came up with a solution to a previous owners poor drainage design. Our most recent project was to have them replace the mulch with some awesome rocks. They also put a flagstone path from the garage to the patio - I have been wanting that for some time. It looks like it has always been there!! Designer Landscapes are professional, thorough and creative!!!!
