  Tony Kennedy, hands down, gave us the best quality service on our lawn care, weed control, and landscaping than we have ever received! During Covid we did not use any service and our yard shows that fact today. Tony will begin getting us back in shape in the next few weeks, and I have every confidence in Tony and his team, that we will have a beautiful yard again this summer. Tony is professional, knowledgeable, and committed to building a solid company. His communication is excellent, and there was even one time when an employee didn’t show up that Tony, his wife, son and daughter came out and finished a project. Highly recommend Derby Downs lawn care and Tony Kennedy.

  BEST COMPANY!! I love coming home and seeing the beautiful stripes in my green grass done by them. I have never had any problems. They are very professional, hard-working, and just all around the best. I would not trust another company with my yard.

  This company is new to the lawn care scene and it is because of this I feel that they could work on better communication with clients and potential clients such as myself. So After reaching out to them for an estimate on getting mowing edging trimming and blowing done on a 2wks basis I was informed that someone would come out to look over our yard and give us a price quote. Well I waited and no one showed. I later messaged Mr. Tony and was informed that he had driven by and looked at the yard and he then at that time gave me a price quote. The quote was reasonable. I scheduled the service for the next day. No one showed I messaged Tony and he informed me that someone would come out on that next day which was Friday Nov. 5th Now upon our original messages we had requested services for every two weeks. Mr. Tony some how forgot that we requested to have services done every two weeks. So instead of our lawn being serviced yesterday he informed me that someone would be out first thing Monday morning but that doesn't work for us so I requested to have the lawn serviced on Saturday. Haven't heard back from him as of yet but there's still plenty of time for him to get back to me. The only recommendation I have for anyone looking for lawn care service is this. Be sure that the company has a good reputation and that they communicate effectively.

  Very sorry you were unhappy with our service. It’s not unusual to do a site visit, without the homeowner being present. I texted you a quote, and availability, we never received a confirmation until you call and my schedule was full, I specifically said I would try and fit you in, unfortunately it was not in your timeframe. Please know we work hard to accommodate our customers needs, unfortunately, it does not always work out. Wish you the best with your lawn care needs.
