  Love the text alerts for schedules!! I appreciate when service companies catch up with technology. In this modern world, you can't sit around waiting for a call. Nice to get a text on my phone scheduling my service. All you have to do is his "Y."

  Awful experience with this company. Don't answer the phone, don't return calls. They struggle immensely with keeping schedules and lack any communication necessary to run a successful business. If you're looking for a company that excels in customer service, don't call this company. This company does not keep it's word on anything they have done for us as a customer, and they cannot keep their employees. We are switching pest control companies to someone we can trust.

  Three things are important when you contact a service business. 1) schedule 2) schedule 3) on time/ You get all 3 with these guys. Scheduled at a convenient time and showed up on time.
