  I had a vibrant lawn. I recieved a card in the mail and I called. They came out, they are prompt. But very hard to get ahold of anyone or recieving a call back when you have an issue. When my wife finally got in touch with general manager, we sent pictures to his email and also asked what they were going to do about this problem, trimming to low grass was brown mowing and spinning tires on lawn. As you can see in the pictures. We have not in 2 weeks time received a phone call or someone stopping by to fix issue. My grass is starting to grow back and starting to look vibrant again. So I might just do it myself I just thought working I don't have a lot of time except weekends, but like to spend with family so I thought hiring a company and trusting them to do a great job above and beyond. But that does not always happen. I don't like doing reviews but since they failed to get in touch asap. Again they are prompt, but I need someone to love my lawn like they love money. Hope this helps.
