Delaware Valley Turf has done a great job this past season taking care of my lawn. They are very service oriented and always give me advance notice before coming. My lawn has never looked better. I was one of few houses on my street that had none of the white weeds all over (the other houses that didn't have weeds also used DVT). One of my neighbors switched lawn fertilizer companies just because he liked his my lawn looked. I would definitely recommend Delaware Valley Turf.

I have been with Del Val Turf since they started. I am so happy with their excellent customer service and I have THE best lawn in my neighborhood. I won’t ever switch companies. They are the very best at taking care of my long. One of my best decisions as a homeowner. If you are looking for a lawn care service….you just found your answer! Look no further. I would take your business elsewhere. I would suggest doing business somewhere that values integrity, organization, and customer satisfaction. We received our quote via email after requesting through the Delaware Valley Turf website. We DID NOT make any commitments, order any services, or place a credit card on file. One afternoon, a stranger appeared in our fenced in backyard. We had no idea who was moving around our dog toys in the backyard until he was approached and questioned why he was in our yard. There were no notifications, emails, or text messages regarding anyone from Delaware Valley Turf coming to the house. When asked he said he was performing a lawn service and our house was on the list of services. My fiance and I were very much upset because our rescue dog can have aggressive tendencies towards men, especially strangers. This put her safety and the staff from Delaware Valley Turf in danger. I was sickened by the thought of what could have happened if she was in our fenced backyard while he trespassed and entered our property without permission. After speaking with the owner, he expressed that it was likely a mistake in the office. He stated that he would follow up with his team to ensure that it wouldn't happen again. However, Delaware Turf Company trespassed AGAIN into our backyard, unannounced and without any services ordered. Luckily our dog was not in our backyard again. When calling about the situation again, Delaware Turf Company did not seem to understand the safety risk and the severity of the situation. It was clear he did not take measures to clear up the problem that occurred in the office the first time. When requesting for complimentary services under the extremely frustrating circumstances, the owner would not allow it. We took our business elsewhere. We only hope that this situation doesn't occur and that a more detrimental outcome doesn't ever happen to anyone's pets or to their employee(s).

Michelle, as you mentioned above, we did mistakenly schedule your account for service and again, for that we are terribly sorry. However, no services were rendered at any point on your property. You were never billed, nor had any damage or anything else of that nature occur on your property. In fact, your property remains in the exact condition as was prior to us coming out. Furthermore, we did previously, and will continue to offer you substantial discounts beyond the norm for any frustration we may have caused. Although, we do not find it within reason to provide you with an entire year of free lawn care services due to simple miscommunication. However, we hope that you have a change of heart and give us the opportunity to discuss the matter with you further.
