After my old-old Toro Snow Buddy decided that he had had enough, I called and briefly spoke to Dave — it was almost closing time. That night, i did my homework online. The next morning, I called back and over the phone bought a new Toro 33901 battery powered snow blower that had great reviews. Not only was Dave's price better than I had expected, the new one was assembled, delivered, and in my garage within a few hours. In my book, that is great service by a locally owned business..

Staff went out of there way to get my snowblower fixed while i waited. Great work and customer service.

I have a zero turn. I have had it for 6 years. My head gasket was leaking and I had a flat tire. They picked up my mower and had it back to me in 4 days. They even dropped it off to my house before I paid for it. I of course called them and gave them my credit card number. You don't get that type of service anymore. The mower runs great and no more leaks. They even washed it for me. 5 stars all around. Thanks Guy's.

Very knowledgeable, honest and reliable. Customer service is A+ and we have purchased numerous seasonal equipment.

Handicapped parking and building access. These peeps have most parts and offer a great repair shop for all your small engine needs. Parts are 1-3 days out if there not in stock. Very smart about the equipment they sell and service. Been going there over 30 years now

Great place to deal with been going there for years.  Pick up a great used Toro mower today.

Over all these years, they've fixed both my lawnmower and snowblower whenever an issue occurred. They came and picked up both and dropped them off when done. Whenever I need a new one, I'll go here.

Very helpful and informative about equipment. Purchased snowblower 12 years ago, and will buy a replacement as soon as possible. Service is also great.

My husband brings most of his lawn work here.  He has been able to get the help he needs.  If there is an issue, they will work with you.

I would give zero stars if I could! Worst customer service ever. I was completely ignored, as we're other customers. I've taken several items here for repair through my work, and it always seems like it's a hassle for them. They claim to be a repair shop,  but they really don't want to fix anything,  just sell you something new. I'm done with this place forever. Go to Dekalb Implement Company at the corner of 64 and Annie Glidden instead.
