  Ordered a deck belt, I didn't need it but like to have an extra belt just in case. Well today my old belt finely gave out. So I go to my stash. took my deck off and sure enough, wrong belt. I wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered. Never again. P. S. Wish I knew what it fit so I could give it to someone. It 22 inches longer than I need.

  Ordered a transaxle off web for $399.99. Given UPS tracking number. Never shipped item and had extreme difficulty in contacting them. They finally called back and gave untrue excuse they couldn't reach me (home every day). After one week, I cancelled order. All the while they had the exact same item "in stock" on the web for $499.99. $100 more than my order. Still offering on web at $499.99. The fastest part of the deal was how quickly they gave a refund!!! I would not and will not do business with these people. I was in parts departments for years and if you made an error in price, you made the deal anyway to save your reputation. Not these people. Be very cautious if you try to do business with them.

  At the time of your order our inventory shown online was a feed from the manufacturer. Even though the part showed currently in stock it was not. The above part was also hundreds of dollars cheaper than anywhere else online. The part was to be drop shipped and was in route when customer cancelled order. We refunded 100%. We have updated our inventory systems to reflect actual inventory available to ship today. The reason there was a difference in price was because the trans axle was different from the one online We operate on very low margins, unlike "traditional" parts stores, so if the item is more or less we adjust our prices to fit. That's why online you could see the one in stock for $499 instead of your order of $399.

  As the others say these guys should not be in business. They send wrong belts all the time and also mis-marked belts. If you get the belt for when your belt breaks, then pull it out of the package when it breaks, you are out of luck. You are past their 30 day return and wont talk about it, even if they sent the wrong belt! I do not think they can be on the up and up with all the same type complaints. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!
