  Nothing against Davis Landscapes,but your employees need to know how to speak English,need to have a valid U.S.A. Drivers license. I use to work for the company but during my small tenure I was immediately rubbed the wrong. I immediately was the driver at all times,no one else drove. Then my biggest complaint is the fact I worked for the board of education as a custodian/groundsmen for years. I did not like the simple fact a person who doesn’t speak English at all,tell me how to do the job when I’ve done it for yrs with the board. Landscape isn’t for people like me,I’m not a felon nor am I hispanic. The bosses were kool but the employees definitely need to tweaked
