  Dakota Tree Service is Awesome! Jason & the crew always take care of our needs at the Lynn Drive-In Theatre in Strasburg Ohio. Their prices are reasonable too! We highly recommend them!

  Contacted them in early July, received a quote for a small tree trimming job and an estimated wait time of about 1 month for them to get to it, which was fine with me. I accepted the quote that day. At around 6 weeks I called and they said they were busy with other jobs, but would probably get to me in a few more weeks. In a few weeks I started calling again, about once a week, and never received a single return call. After about 5 or 6 calls, with no response, I decided they weren't interested in my job. In late November I contacted other tree services and just had my job completed (mid December).

  Sorry we were not able to meet our obligation of doing your job!!! I try to meet all obligations but must admit some jobs get lost in the shuffle of a very busy year with un for seen events & situations. God bless you & im sorry.

  Tried to use this service. The owner was 9 days late for my first appointment. During that time he put every tree service down and he was the best. Here he is the one that doesn’t return calls and does schedule you to do a tree removal. My neighbor has tried to get him to remove a tree too. No return calls. I told him good luck with this guy. I don’t know how he stays in business. Highly wouldn’t recommend!!

  In response to your review!!! I must state that you hired me last spring 2020 to do a pine tree for you and I simply could not meet your time frame to do your tree.this year your neighbor hired me to do his tree and I could not meet his time frame.in conclusion !!! I did not do either one of you a bad job or did I do anything other than not meet a time table you set .as it relates to not returning your neighbors calls!!!! I spoke to him 6 times!!!! and explained to him that getting to his job would take some time ....I try my hardest to do the best I can as a small company in dealing with over 70 to 100 calls a week . The fact that you wrote a un favorable review due to me not meeting your time line to do the work... I ,believe is unfair. In closing, I must allow my 23 year reputation to speak for itself....God bless and I'm sorry I could not satisfy your expectations.
