I was feeling overwhelmed with how many leaves were in my yard this fall. (It seemed like more than usual.) Dan and team came to the rescue! In just a couple hours my whole yard was clean and even the hard to get ones stuck in all the landscaping rocks surrounding the house! They were genuinely happy to help, professional, and thorough. I highly recommend their services!

I absolutely despise dealing with any type of contractors in Fargo, ND. They never call back, they never show, etc. That is NOT Dan and Dakota Property Services. Dan answers his phone, responds to texts, his prices are fair and competitive, and he shows up when he says he will show up. I would not hesitate to recommend Dakota Property Services to anyone I know!

One of the best companies out there. Dan and his crew work fast, they get the job done well, and are fair with their pricing. If you have a job you don’t want to do, ask them. He will shoot you straight. I have had them do multiple jobs for me and my clients as well. You won’t regret hiring Dakota Property Services.
