The initial scheduling was difficult. But once we worked out that the service was exceptional. I was a business call when the tech arrived.  I gave him a very brief description of the issue. He figured out. Placed the bill on the table. Let me know that he was done and... I am very 😊.

Brandon and Don were awesome. Don got me scheduled quickly and Brandon walked me through and adjusted the system to fit my needs.

I am completely satisfied with my experience with DJ’s.  Here’s why:

First, the online reservation is fast and easy. The online reservation form was easy to fill out and Don, the owner/manager, replied to my request right away.

Second, the staff is excellent.  Brandon and Tyler, the service technicians, were  polite and professional.  My sprinkler system hasn’t worked for over two years but they were able to return the system to perfect working order in under an hour.

Third, the price is fair and affordable. The resolution of another local contractor’s installation error likely exceeded the routine service fee, but they kept the cost at our agreed price of $85.00.

Fourth, they’re friendly and helpful.  They answered all of my questions and gave me lots of advice to keep the system working.

Thank you DJ’s. For the above reasons, you’ve earned my loyalty and respect today.

I've used them a couple of time in the past 10 years with satisfaction for winterizing and repairing a leak. However, this last house call was a bit disappointing. I gave 2 stars for being on time,, performing the diagnostic on all 8 zones and explaining the issue with tree roots. The guy they sent out did an assessment of all 8 zones but misdiagnosed the problematic zone. He declared the zone to be choked by roots which was mostly correct but recommended a full irrigation line replacement of the zone by rerouting around the tree roots. He replaced the sprinkler head that wasn't popping up but still charged me for that new head when it still wasn't popping up due to low pressure and clearly didn't resolve the issue despite digging down to the supply line. He said he'd provide me with a quote for the return visit but never did and never heard back from him.
I ended up digging down to the supply line the next day and found the issue. Tree root had broken off the T-saddle causing a leak and also choking the supply line down stream. Had he spent the extra 20 min digging he would have caught the issue. I ended up cutting out the root freeing the supply line and replacing the broken T-Saddle with a new EZ clamp saddle and a flex hose with a 90 degree elbow.
Covered everything back up and ran the zone and it works perfectly. All heads pop up with full pressure. Cost me only $12 for the new EZ saddle and flex hose and fittings vs the $85 diagnostic fee and $20 for a semi used sprinkler head. Maybe they were just too busy or this guy was just not interested in the job.
I may try another irrigation company nest time.

Don and the DJ team installed and serviced my system for over 15 years. Over the years they have made repairs, added zones and heads, and perform my annual Backflow Inspection.  They continue to provide a good service at an affordable price. Thank you Don.
