  First of all if you want an idea of when they’re going to come, you’re not going to get one most likely. I also experienced some discrepancy with what was discussed in person about which trees were being cut down versus trimmed and which ones were staying. They cut down a tree that I distinctly asked for it to be trimmed only. I would not recommend this company from my experience.
