  I arranged via email to have snow removal done at my home (so I have the email trail in writing), and now that there is actually snow on the ground and all other snow removal services are booked, Mr. Borter is refusing to provide the service he agreed to. Not a very reputable way to do business. I have my own small business, and this is not how you should do business.
