  I signed a contract mid-Nov., 2021 with Christian of Cuttin It Close to provide snow removal for my small business parking lot and that of my neighbor who shares the lot. After agreeing to his estimate, signing the contract, and verifying that he received it, I heard nothing further. Last week, we had our 1st snow of the season, and there was no sign of Christian! My neighbor and I called and texted him repeatedly, but he never responded. Yesterday (1/1/22) we had a major snow, dropping 6-8" on the property Christian was contractually obligated to plow, yet not a word from him! He is in violation of his contract, and apparently couldn't be bothered returning our phone calls. BEWARE and DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!   Im very sorry i reached out in a email and was going to donate money towards her cat clinic but she didn't want to make it right because i wasn't vaccinated if anyone wants to see the proof i can share the email! also the next door neighbor got hers done cause i spoke with her and they don' get along very well from what i hear and she didn't decided to get hers done by that person and wanted todo it with a shovel! i tried to reach and make it right with her but she wanted to bring in her personal beliefs and politics into the convo witch had nothing todo with our conversation we were having!!!

  Most professional reliable people I have And still use and my family. They are amazing and I don’t say that lightly. They are always on time. I don’t have to ever worry about being plowed out or sidewalks shoveled or our grass being cut. Reasonable prices. And if you have not used them to do your Christmas lights it’s a must. I didn’t t even tell them what I wanted done I said you do what you think will look the best and it was spectacular. My grandma did the same and she had tears in her eyes when she seen it. Thank you so much. Look forward to many years of service to come
