  We had to fire our last lawn guy after a year.(He killed our lawn and cut it using dull blade, so it was badly gouged. Worst lawn in the neighborhood!) I went on Google Maps and got a list. When I called Curt Mathews, he came over within the hour to assess the damage and give us an estimate. Bonus: we can get pest control at the same time, because Mr. Mathews is associated with a company in Julington Creek, and they can do that part for us My husband talked to Mr. Mathews separately, since he wasn't here for the initial visit. He was satisfied with the conversation, and we hired Curt. He's been here once to fertilize, cut and edge, and our yard looks a lot better already. He's all business, here when he's supposed to be, and no excuses. Our last lawn guy was unreliable and YELLED at my husband when he pointed out the problems with our lawn. Now at least we have hope that we've hired someone who is actually worth what we're paying.
