  They moved over the water and became highly unreliable toward the end of the season. Once that happened, I found the owner of this company telling me that my grass could wait another week when I asked for it to be cut. In addition, I paid this gentleman to cut my bushes in the front of the house which he did sloppily. He then promised he would come back the following week to trim them properly when he got his hedge trimmer fixed and did not come or contact me to tell me when he would come. Upon asking for a refund, I was told that he would only give me back $10 that he had overcharged to begin with and that he would rather give me a free cut than to return my money.
