  We had an appointment which they confirmed with us. They then called 30 minutes prior to say they were on the way. When they didn't show up, my husband spoke with them and they said they gps sent them to the same address in Palm Coast, the neighboring city. A quick search on Google maps shows there is no such address. We we waited as they said they were coming. When a full hour after the appointment time they were still absent, we tried calling and texting to no avail. The did not answer calls or return text messages. It is almost q week later and still nothing from them to even say sorry we missed you blah blah blah. Extraordinarily unprofessional and unreliable.

  I have been using Crue Cut for 12 years at two different properties. His employees do a good job and are polite. I have used them for lawn mowing, mulch, planting, tree removal, etc. I am always happy.
