  I called them for service on my Cub Cadet zero turn lawnmower and spoke with service department and the person was very rude. This is not the first time this has happened, I called up the previous two years and had the same experience. I had asked about if they had any service specials, and the reply I got was “no I have too much going on to mess with any service specials, I don’t really have the time to even mess with it”, so I politely said ok and hung up. Called the Columbia store and they were very nice and was able to fit me in. Jefferson City Crown Power and Equipment, you have lost my business for good. You simply don’t treat customers that way. If this service person is overwhelmed or can’t handle the pressures of the service business they need to go elsewhere and work!

  This is a great equipment dealership with experienced staff. Their parts, sales, and service teams have a great reputation for the work they've done the last 25+ years. Highly recommend!

  Went there to buy a new mower. Went to the store and said there were five coming. Gave my information to the salesperson and that was the last I heard. It has been months since then. They don't need my business.
