The store was over the top with friendliness and helpfulness. I called on the phone first and asked about a special light bulb I needed which has pins instead of screw base and they checked to make sure they had what I was looking for in stock. When I went in the store and told him what I was looking for they led me to the right area and showed me the different shades/brightness. Well-stocked store with knowledgeable workers. Thank you for your help. The cashier gave me a Happy Thanksgiving and a nice smile.

Joseph and the rest of the staff provided service that was so above and beyond, I never imagined getting that kind of help from a hardware store. Helped fix my bike and spent all kinds of time troubleshooting my problems. Thanks so much guys.

I'm a medical equipment technician. I've been to just about every home Depot and Lowes in socal. Ace I don't go to alot, I just feel they don't have a lot of selection and usually stay there too long finding stuff. This was NOT the case with this ace!!! Immediately someone asks what I need and I said plumbing. Bam straight to the right aisle! There was a young gentleman (I think a manager or lead) and I explain what I need. He immediately treats me like any customer even though he knew nothing about the equipment I was working on, we just brainstormed what work best. He even tried to help me find 3mm screws, which sadly they didn't have, but he gave me some suppliers locally who did have it! Again, great staff all around and probably the best experience I've had at a hardware store.
