  I found this business via a Google search for tree trimming, and immediately selected them for their 5-Star rating and excellent reviews, also noting they are family owned. My home is in the Carmel/Westfield area so they weren’t local and assumed they might not come this far, but I called anyway. Brock Cross responded immediately to my message, confirming that they would be able to service my area, offering to come early the next week to give an estimate. Unfortunately, I needed the estimate and work to be done like yesterday as I was leaving town in 2 days and was wanting to get my house ready to sell before I left. I also shared that I had chosen them based on their excellent reviews and appreciated businesses who really provide quality work at reasonable prices. The owner, Brock Cross promptly agreed to make time immediately at was at my home within the hour to provide a quote, which I accepted and then they came back the very next day to do the work. They arrived right on time with all the right stuff to do the job. Impressively organized, they got right to it. Brock reconfirmed expectations and continued to check in as the work was being done. They worked very quickly and efficiently. The results were truly outstanding, accomplishing exactly what I needed. They cleaned up beautifully after they were done and I am so pleased with absolutely every aspect of my experience with Cross Cut Tree Service. I highly recommend this business as good work at a good price is hard to come by. They provide outstanding services and are very appreciative of their customers’ business and trust.

  Contacted Cross Cut midday inquiring about their services. heard from them that evening and met the next day on our new home lot. Brock and his wife arrived and we surveyed our lot for the things I needed done. He was very patient and questioning so that he completely understood what I wanted. He provided me with a written quote that evening before they left. A week later, after two days work, the job was finished above and beyond what I expected with no cost addons. Great work!! I would definitely use them again in the future.

  We had Brock and his crew take down several trees in our back yard. They were on time, got to work and had everything taken care of without any issues. I like that Brock was responsive. We had a few other tree services last summer that we tried to get out and get this job done, and they all flaked. Brock returned my initial call very quickly, and we had an initial meeting set up within the hour. Brock listened to what we needed, made suggestions when necessary, and in the end everything was done as we discussed. Great job Cross Cut Tree Services! Thank You for the job well done.
