In my mind there are only 2 small engine repair shops in Dallas, Casey's east of White Rock and Crockett, North of Royal and Harry Hines. Each do outstanding work. Crockett, has over the years, repaired weed eaters, chain saws, power washers, and countless mowers, and kept them all in good service. They tend to service more of the commercial trade, but as I said, they're not a lots of choices for quality, professional, warranty backed small engine repair shops in Dallas.

I have had 3 different mowers there within the last 2 months. 2 push & 1 riding. They have treated me very well & fixed my mowers like new. Even the owner treated me very well! I wouldn't take my mowers anywhere else and I highly recommend them.**********

Great customer service and very knowledgeable in just about every aspect that comes to lawn equipment, both homeowner and commercial. Their responsiveness in contacting customers, myself included, in regards to parts arrival and machine readiness (service department) have have only improved in the many years I have done business with them. My “go to” for parts and service for my machines.

As a golfcourse superintendent I usually have difficulty getting parts for all of my machines. Crockett service center however fills that void and  is always there to help out when that happens.  Elizabeth is awesome!! Very helpful and always willing to go above and beyond for me. Let them know what you need and if they can't get it they will point you in the right direction. With very competitive prices you can't beat this place!

I can't speak on their work on gas powered mowers since I have an electric mower. Unfortunately, they are the official warranty service center for echo electrics despite never having worked on one.  They explained they were very behind since it was the middle of the summer and couldn't fix it for 6 weeks. I didn't see any other option so I agreed to their time line.  6 weeks later I heard nothing from them so I called and they explained there were no notes by the mechanic so he had not even looked at it.  They suggested I check back at the end of the week saying he should be able to look at it by then. A week later it was the same story. I followed up every week with the same explanation.  I asked if I should just take it somewhere else and they said I'm free to do that.  Great customer service. Fortunately i bought it from home depot where they lived at it and assessed the issue within days of bringing it in.  If I could give them 0 stars I would have. I would never go back tp them for any work gas or electric.

Update: just got my mower back fixed from home depot. It took just over a week including the time to have parts shipped. It would've still been sitting at crockett's untouched if I had left it. Great service from home depot and got it covered under warranty. Crockett still gets 2 thumbs down.

Great place! These guys know what they're doing and go the extra mile, in a friendly professional way. Not only is service expert and fast, they also take the time to educate you. A friend recommended them to me, and I am passing this on. This will for sure be my go to vendor from now on!

They are always willing to go above and beyond to help their customers.  My husband sends me their a few times a month for parts and service and i'm not familiar with anything but they always make sure I leave with exactly what my husband needs. They also always give us the best price possible.

Customer service wise was excellent. Brought in hedge trimmer that just exploded-still under warranty. At least they know if be shafted and told me Echo would say its my fault for exploding and screw me on the warranty and not pay for it(which i confirmed with Echo themselves) but at least the dealer gave me a heads up saving me the deposit. He also brought it to my attention echo does not cover labor - even under warranty(7year is BS parts only), so i chucked the hedge that exploded and replaced my other broken echo blower ignition myself.

Crockett Service ? What Service? I’m not sure anyone up there can spell the word service much less provide it and that woman sales rep doesn’t know anything and talks to you like you don’t know a single thing. Price talking was one thing then checking out it was mysteriously higher
Counter people made fun of customers and they got a guy from the back to talk to me about ordering something overnight for me and god almighty you would’ve thought I asked for his first born, man that guy is about as customer friendly as a rattlesnake, I don’t think I’ve seen anyone quite that offensive in a business with direct customer contact. Bottom line, find another lawn equipment dealer
