  I paid them 250$ to come treat my house every two weeks for 6 months. Well at first i thought it was strange he was only at my house 15 mins. I called and the woman thats suppose to be a owner then told me he should have been there longer but he will be next time she assured me. Well next time ( the two weeks later appiontment he showed up on time) but was only there 10 minutes. Well he didnt give us appointment for next visit so i called and they gave me one. He showed on time but again gone in 10 min. Well the he didnt give appt again and when i called , the woman i got on the phone tried telling me they only come every 3 months. Well i called back and got the supposedly owner ( i think christine cremshaw) and she assured me it was every two weeks and the other woman is new and made mistake. So she sent the guy out for another 10 min. Again he didnt show for the next appt two weeks later and when i called , i was told again every three months. So i called again and got the supposedly owner again and when i went to explaining what was going on and that they should honor what they said i paid 250$ for and it shouldnt be my responsibility to call them every two weeks. She came back with an attitude saying first of all. Well i didnt like that when i paid them for a service they werent honoring properly, so i hung up. Thats when i found out she claimed to be owner cause she called back with attitude on my messages saying thats who she was. Well end of story is i still have the many roaches and no service unless i call them . So they got me for 250$ In my opion witch is only mine , they are a rip off.

  Walter, Sean and Terry do an excellent job every time and they have always been on time for the scheduled appointments. I would and have recommended their services for pest control to family and friends. The office staff is always friendly and contact you by phone prior to a scheduled appointment time as a reminder. Overall 5 star+ service.

  Tammy from Crenshaw Pest Control did my bi monthly spraying for bugs, etc. She is very professional, thorough, wore a mask and had shoe coverings on. Tammy is very friendly. I had her several years back do my service and then she left the area. She is back now and I am hoping she continues on my route. Best technician I have had. I have had Crenshaw Pest Control for over 40 years now. I have been very pleased with their service and have referred family and friends to them.
