  I called them three weeks ago for information on snow removal. They were very responsive and came out the same day. Gave us a reasonable price and said they would be back in 2-3 weeks to put in snow sticks. Never showed up. I have called twice and left a message to confirm that they were planning on doing that and that we were still on their schedule. I never received a call back. So now we are left having to scramble to get another service to do our snow removal. I'm sure at this late date it will not be easy to do. Terrible way to run a business.

  Thank you for the review. You opted out of a contract I gave you a price made a deal with you to call as needed as we could get you when we could. Your putting a bad review over some plow stakes that is before thanksgiving and my responsibility. Yes I got your voicemail the evening of the November 24th I am sorry I was more focused on removing leaves for my customers on this week of thanksgiving as they asked. I will remove you off my list.   Alan and Crazy A's has done a great job maintaining my yard. Alan himself has been able to help come up with ideas for landscaping around my house. Great person and company for a great price!!!

  Terrible customer service, my husband made multiple attempts to have them come out for an estimate, never showed, rarely responded, will never use or recommend, if you can't do the job, tell the customer, we will find some other company who is much more professional! My husband is Paul, you don't remember? Union Mills?
