We were well pleased with Craig and thought he was very knowledgeable when he came to do the estimate but taking close to a month to get the job done was a little too much in my book. The communication with Jody was horrible. We weren't kept informed unless I asked which to me is no way to do business. The crew that came to do the work was also very good. We recommended your place to our neighbors and wish we never had because their job started over a month ago and still isn't done. Will never recommend again!

Mrs. Flickinger, I'm sorry if you felt the communication was not there. After going back into our email correspondences there were 20 plus emails between us. If some scheduling dates were not communicated, I do apologize. As for your neighbors during their job we had a structural change that was not planned. We used to sub-contract our curbing out and during their job that changed. We now do our own curbing, but we had by buy all the equipment and put our crew through the proper training before we did the curbing for your neighbor to finish the job. I appreciate your feedback and we will strive to do better with more communication during the job.

I've used Craig's services many times since 2014 when I moved here and have never been disappointed. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional (as is Jody) and they always have performed the work in a fast, efficient manner. I will continue to use them as they are the best.

Everyone was great. They came out listened to us and gave us their professional opinions and now we have a very beautiful landscaped yard. We still have more to do, so we have to have Craig come back and help us out again real soon.
