  Depends on who you speak to. One woman told me at least three hours. Other woman took in my tire and it was fixed in 45 minutes

  Covington Tire Pros went above and beyond to get my car back on the road. It was dropped off after hours on a Thursday and I received a call from them shortly afterwards with options for repair as my tire was out of stock and an order needed to be placed to get stock for the next day. The staff kept me informed and made special arrangements to retrieve my car after closing for a Saturday pick up. They made what could have been a disastrous weekend into a time I could share time with family worry free. Thank you all.

  I took my dad to fish the Jackson River below Gathright Dam in a fishing raft. The bearings on our trailer went out and I stopped at the store to see if they can fix it. that is something they do not take care of they were nice enough to help me get my raft on top of my car and leave my trailer in the parking lot. My dad is 84 years old and has Parkinson’s disease and the only way I can take him fishing is out of my raft. While they weren’t able to help me fix the trailer they save the day by helping me in my situation. If there are services that good to someone who’s not a customer I can only imagine how good their services of someone who is!
