I always liked the way the employees would help you find exactly what you need fast when you tell them your project. The do it center always kept 5 stars from me but It has changed the Last few times with the name. I seem to be on my own when I visit just like the big low priced Dept stores. All in all I Still like having a hardware store in our small town. Had to update the review as I have not had a visit without very helpful employees on every visit since my review. It’s great when business like this listen to the customers. Thanks for listening. It’s a Well earned 5 stars from me.

The employees are really helpful and educated on the products and services in store. The store always looks in good shape and is stocked well for being a local small store. I was in and out in minutes. If I were the boss, I would be giving each of the employees a raise. 100% recommend this store.

This is just a nice normal local hardware store and I give them 5 stars. But the lady behind the counter with the moustache is a not a people person and can be rude and abrasive to customers and makes me not want to return. She has poor customer service and gets real snappy real quick. Keep her it the back stocking shelves. She gets 1 star.
