  Very polite and helpful. I was told my mower starter needed to be replaced and I took it to these guys to get a new one. He tested it and told me it was indeed working and that I didn't need to replace it, and told me what was more than likely the problem. Very honest when he could've just sold me a new one and made money. My go to place when I have mower issues.
