  I purchased a tree three years ago. It didn't survive the winter. I went back and Aaron told me that they would replace the tree. The weather and other things kept me from going back the next year to get the replacement. I called and he told me that the following year would be just fine. This was last year and Covid kept me from picking up the replacement tree. I called him the fall of 2020 and asked if I could get one THIS year (2021) and he told me "that would be just fine". When I called a few days ago to come pick one up, he told me he had changed his mind and that he wasn't going to honor his promise to me from last fall. So my tree died, and they would not replace it even after telling me that they would!! Do you want to do business with a company that does not keep its promises?

  Response from the owner

  We do warranty nursery stock for a period of one year, save for neglect, animal damage, or acts of nature. Per our warranty, one must present their receipt at our store and the nursery stock must be replaced in the that one year period, which we typically extend to the end of the next year.

  They did 3 retaining walls for me about 7 years ago and said it came with a ten year warranty. I was hesitant to believe that but one of my walls began separating about a year ago so I called a few weeks back. They completely rebuilt the wall for me at no charge this week. Did a great job, looks like new again and didn’t even tear up my lawn with their equipment.

  I could tell you the whole story, but in short, the guy at Country Landscapes saved my day! I took in a scale drawing of my landscaping plot, and in about a half hour he drew up an entire plan for me and laid out each plant for me to see in the parking lot. The plants were perky and healthy and half the price of the place that I had spent about 6 hours at earlier that day (and left with no plan.) The best part was that I told him my budget was $500, and the total came to $360! He even gave me some free grasses! He picked everything I would have chosen myself...a new fresh look with plants that not everyone else uses...but a simple clean, classic design! I have since left him with another plot drawing, and he texted me a plan the next day. I also sent him a text with one of my plants that I was concerned about, and he replied with great advice! Couldn't recommend this place more! Just wish I remembered "the guy's" name!
