I would love to shop here for plants but... you're not allowed to at least browse outside? How are you supposed to know what you want if you can't look? Seems silly to me. I get it, there's a pandemic but how can you stay in business if people can't shop? I really want to support this place instead of having to go to a box store for plants and supplies. Open up?

Hi Tawni! We appreciate the feedback. We are in the process of reopening. We were hit hard with the winter storm along with the pandemic. We are a small family of three and have been working around the clock to get as many plants available for everyone. Before Covid we had 15+ employees on any given day and it's been my mother, father and I, for 13 months now. We will need to hire a dependable team and a go through a deep clean up until we can officially reopen. We completely understand the frustration. We hope to see you again later this year.

Horrible customer service.  Avoid this place.  Used Covid as a reason to not let us in.  Thing is, we both showed our vaccination cards and the employee said he'd had his, too.  So what are you afraid of exactly? My question is what else are you going to need to let people browse your OUTSIDE area??  Do you follow the science?  PS - we have lost family, too.  Thus the vaccine.  We found what we needed at Wal Mart.  They're open for customers.
