The process is taking a long time due to covid or holidays, but my septic system isn't getting any better, especially since they made it seem so important that I got it fixed. Friendly staff so far. I am waiting for them to come back and finish. It's been one week so far

We informed you the day we pumped your tank that the drainfield wasn't taking water.  Sometimes it's due to ground saturation from rain so we waited a week to see if it would get better.  We called the next week to see if you wanted us to investigate the drainfield further but you decided to wait.  Let us know if we can help in the future.  Thanks

Cottomgim has been an excellent vendor for our property! They are fast and reliable! When needed, Mrs. Nancy always schedules our service request expeditiously! William has been a wonderful Service Technician! It seems that there is no problem that he cannnot repair! If you are looking for a wonderful company to handle your plumbing needs, Cottongim is DEFINITELY one to look to! We look forward to doing business with them in the future!

Great customer service. Cost came out to be less than quoted, even though William had to go to more trouble than planned, due to me not thoroughly explaining what I needed done when I had called in. Both Colt and William were very courteous and respectful. I will use Cottongim again if I need plumbing services.

Cottongim did a service call on Saturday and charge an after hours fee. Then the technician cleaned the coils and said all was good. But 30 minutes later the system started acting up, we called again. The technician came out and replaced the thermostat for another 187 on top of the the 310 for the first call(the thermostat cost 57$). We also could not understand the technician
They are over priced in everything they do. We got a quote for a new install and they were 4 time higher than any other quote we got.

Response to the Owner: My wife let you do the install without doing any research first because you all did the original install and we were new to Tifton. If she had done research you would not have done the install. I did exaggerate on the cost a little, but you are considerably higher than others in Tifton including Lowes.

I don't understand why you keep bringing the renters in the house up, like you are trying to discredit my review. We gladly paid for the service for cleaning the coils and had no complaint regarding that. The complaint was in regards to the 187 for a thermostat install, when the Tech came back out said there would not be any more charges and did not let us know of any additional charges like the $187 before installing the thermostat.

I should also mention you tried to tell Angie lists that this service was not done in order to get rid of my review there. Then also the reply on my Facebook review made you sound like a little kid defending his power ranger.

I don't understand how we were so much higher when you allowed us to install the system at this rental property...   We do quality work and stand behind our work.  The reason our price seemed high is because it was on Saturday and the tenants didn't keep a filter in the system causing it to be extremely dirty requiring more time to thoroughly clean the system.  I'm sorry you feel this way but we have been in business for 54 years providing good honest service to this area.

Awesome service - and it isn't the first time!  They came when they said they would, fixed it as easily and as quickly as they could and on a Friday afternoon.  "John" was exceptional.  Explained everything, easy to talk to and was very honest with me.  Will call back if it stops working again.  Thank you!
