  I ordered a pizza at 14:14pm. My number was 520. Had to wait 28 minutes. Picture 2 showed that number 540, 543 for full pizzas were ready before mine. I had to ask for manager why my pizza is not ready after 25 minutes and why people who ordered picture way after me got their pizza. I asked for manager. The first casher simply ignored my request (Indian accent). The second one passed my request to a female (also Indian origin) manager for food service. She said sorry, that is the way it is. I went to store manager and after the store manager went to talk to her. She came out and told me it was due to printers. They had two printers for printing receipt (picture 3). Somehow mine was printed out in a second printer. I asked the order number for full pizzas should be sequential. There has to be a way, such as by order number, to make the full pizza, Not by the time the pizza maker received receipts from the front printers (no way he gets the receipt from the front printers. My observation is the pizza maker has its own way to view pizza order and does not come to front at all). See picture 4. So basically the food service manager at Costco was lying and full of bxxsxxit. The most likely reason I think is simply - they made a mistake and put the pizza made for my order for people who ordered slices and forgot of my order. Hence people whose order number is 540, 543 etc and ordered full pizza 20 minutes after me got their pizza first. There wasn’t a lot of people ordering pizza at 14:14. The store manager told me that she told the food service manager that she needs to take care of my complaint. She gave me my money back and told me it was lucky that I was able to even get a pizza before pandemic. What’s the fxxx! While she still was insisting that no way to address 30 minutes wait time, I told her that she could simply be able to put the boxes for full pizza by order number. I disliked the dishonesty. A very bad experience. The is the Costco store in Gaithersburg, Maryland. With this kind of poor services and dishonest employees, Costco reputation will go down the drain.

  If you like Mad Max and utter savagery you'll love this place. It's terrible. When we got there, I was distracted by the cop car parked in the intersection with it's lights on and no driver. I missed the turn to go in and had to go to the bottom of the hill.

  The place is almost always crowded but what can I say? It’s Costco.🤷🏾‍♂️Nevertheless, every Costco is pretty consistent with service, product and quality. Not much to complain about there. The only notable differences would be product placement and customer diversification rightfully so when you take into consideration the demographics of each area.
