Cornerstone has been mowing my lawn for a couple of years. However, this spring I contracted them to do a landscaping project. Paid half down. They scheduled it but it didn't happen. Tried to contact them for weeks. Finally got a response but weather over 100 degrees so postponed until fall. Fall came. They scheduled the project. Again it didn't happen. Again over a month to get any response. Now it's been two weeks and no audit of my account. They continued mowing for the summer but with my down payment there should be a significant refund owed. While they are nice people, this is no way to treat a customer.
