  Never followed through on what was asked for . First time they mowed wrong lawn. Promised to do correct one and never showed up. I ended up paying for the mowing of neighbor's lawn.

  DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE COMMUNICATION IS TERRIBLE. THE JOB THEY DID WAS SO HORRIBLE AND CALLED TO HAVE THEM COME FIX THE PROBLEM AND NEVER CALLED OR CAME OUT. ALL THE ROCKS WENT DOWN IN MY YARD AND IT LOOKS HORRIBLE. NOW I HAVE TO HIRE SOMEONE ELSE TO COME FIX IT. AND IT WAS THE OWNER WHO DID IT. VERY DISAPPOINTING

  Becky, I apologize you are not happy with the outcome of your project. We did explain that erosion was going to be an issue and we would be back out to fix it at no charge. We did go back out and complete the repairs from water erosion when we had those significant rain storms.
