  Very helpful accommodating people. My new Honda 2200i had a problem with the Bluetooth on the day I bought it. Chris helped me out by agreeing to just swap the defective unit for another one instead of having to wait for warranty service. Thank You.

  I have been a customer of Concord garden equipment for 40 years. My father would take me here with him as a kid. Family run with the highest quality products and service. I cannot reccomendb this place or the current generation of ownership enough. They have the best gear and they are local.

  I rarely post on the internet. I see some posting that is hard to believe negative regarding Concord Garden Equipment. I am Jim Larsen Gardening Service. I am not taking new clients and only want to express the service I experience since I started my gardening business in 1982. I found the employees professional and helpful to answer any questions I have. There are other gardening equipment companies in Contra Costa county. I have purchased all my equipment from Concord Garden Equipment since 1982. I know the owner but not in a personal capacity. I am retiring next year and leaving United States to live in Mexico. Only posting because of about 36 years great service I received from staff at Concord Garden Equipment. I give them 5 stars for all the years of great service I received from them. Jim Larsen
