  So, there's a lawn that I've been admiring in Florissant since I was a little girl. I was super excited to see who's been taking care of their lawn, Complete Lawn Care. I immediately put in for a free estimate. I received an email saying "Unfortunately, we don't service your area". I reside in Ferguson, 7 min away and maybe 3 miles from that home and 10 min away from their business location in Hazelwood. What I don't understand is that the website says they service St. Louis county which I reside in as well! After they read this they may take St. Louis co. off their website. 04/16/2019

  Hello Ms. Williams I am sorry that you are not in our service area - which here is a link that is posted on our website (http://www.completelawncareinc.com/service-area.html). Unfortunately we do turn away a lot of work that is just outside of our current service area as our schedule is pretty full at the moment and we are not taking on work outside of our area and we are even turning down certain jobs within our service area. Sorry we could not be of assistance - I am sorry that you feel we need a 1 star review because of our service area as I don't think that is a representation of the work we provide.

  They refused to work in Ferguson I'm not sure why very close-minded I guess they have all these other areas they work in but they won't come to Ferguson

  Hello Ms. Cleo I am sorry that you feel we are close-minded toward where you live, but it is not the name of the city that determines our service area. We base our service area on logistics and we currently are not going outside of our current routes to add more clients. We also are turning away work from areas such as St. Charles, St. Ann, Bridgeton, Parts of Chesterfield that are also adjacent to our service area.
