  Jamie performed the annual irrigation system blowout for us. She was very professional and friendly, explained what she was doing, and was quick and accurate. Best service compared to about 20 years we have had this done.

  John R. was very nice and informative when it came to questions about winterizing and maintenance. I recently purchased a 30 year old house that has a system showing wear and tear. John replaced a nozzle on one of my sprinklers and informed me on how to maintain my system. I gave 4/5 stars due to my feelings on price. Commercial Irrigation was upfront that it would be $95 for the first half hour and $95 each additional hour so this falls on me but I still feel the price to be too high for a small residential service call. A 30 second nozzle replacement cost $8 (John unfortunately could not tell me the part cost when I asked, I had to wait for the invoice) for a tiny twist piece and $95 for the service call (had I asked another question or two I would have had another $95 charge). I will probably price around for further maintenance in the future. For service I'd definitely recommend Commercial Irrigation but if cost is a factor I'd say shop around.

  Mr. Forsythe, We appreciate the 4/5 Star review very much. Wish we could have gotten 5/5, but we understand. As a service company we want to hold our services & Technicians at a high quality standard and holding our services and Technicians at a high quality standard certainly comes at a higher cost to the company. All our Technicians are Certified Irrigation Technicians with new hired Technicians in classes to become certified. These classes and testing for becoming a Certified Irrigation Technician are very difficult and expensive, but we believe that it is necessary to be able to provide high quality service to our customers and provide comfort to our customers that they know that the job will be done right.
