  welp, i called to ask some questions about pricing for my lawn but before i could even say my name the lady told me to stop calling and hung up. Completely unprofessional service. Hopefully the owners can use this review as a lesson in customer service! Will never call this place again.

  This company has cut my grass right down to the dirt for the last 7 years...the crews change constantly and they don’t care...greased one foreman...waste of money...call office useless

  We mow entire retirement communities and do not work for individual home owners. We provide a basic commercial grade mowing and not a custom cut. The Board of trustees determines the total amount of mowing per season they want to have completed and pay for. Some mow weekly and as a result have a better quality cut. Some mow on 10 or even 14 day intervals to save money. This does not allow for the best quality cut as the grass is always very tall when mowing. Our mowing height is determined by contractual agreement with the board of trustees. We get an equal amount of calls stating we are mowing too short as we get calls stating we are mowing too tall. This is why we have an agreed contact height. All complaints go through the communities office and are forwarded to our office and are logged. We do not see a call from Mr. Leporino, but sometimes we only receive an address. No address given here. We maintain 7 retirement communities. I have no way of knowing which community Mr Lepoino even lives in from the information given. We mow over 5,000 homes every 10 days. We have over a 99.5 satisfaction rate.
