First time mowing our lawn they ripped out a healthy 4-5 foot tree growing out of an established tree. Please see pictures; they ripped it out. Then they proceeded to whip the same established tree excessively damaging the bark... who in the hell trims like this? It sounds a lot different, and feels different when you're hitting a tree vs. hitting weeds. This wasn't an oops, this was deliberate. They also sheared off a sprinkler in the front yard, and while I completely understand it can happen when they aren't used to our yard, no one told us about it. They just set it back down leaving a sprinkler wide open to waste water while the rest of the zone doesn't get watered properly due to lack of pressure. I'm short on time this summer because my wife broke her leg. I'm experienced enough with trimming and mowing lawns to say this company was negligent mowing our lawn today.

We do our best to train the crew on standards and procedures, but people do make mistakes. We take all complaints seriously and will address it with the crew directly. I do appreciate the feedback because the only way we can make improvements is to be made aware of our mistakes.
