I tried to hire this company to winterize my sprinkler system. I called them a month in advance. Was told they were going to start the winterization the week of October 18th. I never received a call from them. I called them back and the woman that answered was very kind and informed me that they would be starting the week of October 25th and would call me the night before. I never received a call. I called them the following Monday and was told I would receive a call back to schedule a time. The next day I did receive a call and the woman was very kind again. I scheduled for that Thursday. That day at work I found I had important meetings and would be unable to be at the house that day. I called to inform them. A different woman answered the phone was very short with me and told me she would let "Marque?" know. I assume Marque is the kind woman I had been speaking to prior to this woman. However, the message was not passed along and the poor technicians wasted their time by showing up at an empty home. I told them I tried to call Tuesday and schedule for Friday. They told me Friday would be fine. So I waited around all day and no one showed up. To be fair- everyone is short handed now and one woman was very kind. But the lack of communication was very rude. I communicated with this company almost every week for the past 4 weeks. I still have not winterized my system and am worried about burst pipes. I hired someone else. Here is to hoping they show up.

Hi, Kat. Thank you for your review. My name is Marquee. I am the one you spoke to regarding the scheduling. Initially, we planned on the week of the 18th, and some smaller systems were done that week. The rest of the systems, we did the week of the 25th of Oct and beyond. When we spoke last week, I scheduled you for Thursday morning and the technician was there within the scheduled time window of 10AM-12PM. According to our call logs and records, we do not have a call from you on Thursday morning to reschedule. I apologize for the miscommunication and we had every intention of getting your sprinkler winterization taken care of. When you and I spoke, we agreed on Thursday as you said you had another service company doing different work that day and you would prefer to just need to take the time off on one day. Our technician also states he called and the call was later returned at which point it was agreed that you would contact the office to reschedule. Again, we sincerely apologize for the experience and would love the opportunity to make it right. I understand you have hired another company, however, if you would like to have our technicians complete the service, we are happy to get your system blown out and winterized right away. I can also apply a discount due to the misunderstandings and/or miscommunications. Thank you!!

Very friendly, great customer service, and they did a fabulous job on the lawn. I was impressed enought that I will probably be using them to spray for Hobos and wasps too.

I go through five star they moved in bed bug people next door.. i lived at my residence for over five years prior to these poeple moving in. Three treatments were supposed to be administered only two treatments where. They charged five star close to 4000 dollars and didnt even complete treatment. My pictures were broken no replacementwas offered. I have never used any other bug controll people or pest control as iv never needed them. But we still are finding bugs...
